Kylie Kay is a Psychic Medium, with over 10 years experience in past-life regressions and soul healing.
Through guided Akashic Record meditations Kylie connects with her clients on a journey within themselves. With understanding and assistance from Spirits, Guides and Energy, collaboratively, she and her client visit and examine the information presented in the session and discover the wisdom and direction ripe for uncovering.

By booking or participating in any spiritual healing session, workshop, consultation, or related service (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided by Kylie Kay you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Nature of Services
The Services offered are intended to promote relaxation, self-awareness, and spiritual growth. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. Spiritual healing is complementary and should not be used as a replacement for conventional treatment by medical professionals.
3. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being before, during, and after sessions. Participation in any service is voluntary, and clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical or psychological care when necessary.
4. No Guarantees
While many clients report positive experiences, results from spiritual healing are subjective and vary from person to person. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions will be kept confidential unless required by law. However, Kylie Kay is not responsible for breaches of confidentiality due to technological failures or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Payment and Cancellation Policy
- Payment for Services is required as per the pricing outlined at the time of booking.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- No refunds will be provided for completed Services.
7. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully during sessions. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kylie Kay shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Services. Clients participate at their own risk.
9. Age Restrictions
Clients must be at least 18 years old to book Services.
10. Amendments
Kylie Kay reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Riverside County, California. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action is pursued.
